This exceptional loft of 72m2 has been entirely realized by us in the heart of one of the most beautiful historic districts of Nancy. Le loft is nestled on the 3rd floor of a beautiful building of the 18th, 150m from the Place Stanislas and 2 steps from the central market, bars and restaurants as authentic as qualitative. You will be a few steps from the museums, the opera, but also from the park of ‘La Pépinière” and its 22 hectares of green spaces, old trees and a small zoo, it is the paradise of the walkers and the joggers.

Its open kitchen fully oak and equipped extends by a beautiful bar over 2m long that can accommodate 6 people on high chairs and offering an overview of this loft space of more than 50m2. In the center throne a superb mezzanine offering a double bed, a flat screen TV of 50cm with DVD player, books and games invites relaxation. A multifunctional mezzanine where you can choose a book or a comic in its large library, store your personal belongings in its closets and finally serving as an alcove to the master bedroom of the loft. The Alcove, offers a 140×200 bed with memory foam mattress, and a large wardrobe. This intimate space, can be isolated from the loft space by large curtains or open on the living space. A desk and a leather sofa convertible into a double bed complete the facilities put at the disposal of our guests for their comfort and relaxation. Finally, the bambino room is adjustable from 1 to 3 beds of 90×190 or 1 bed 90×190 and 1 bed 180×190. Children or a couple will feel like in a cocoon thanks to its attic roof.
