La Suite Victoria

A unique style that skillfully blends 18th-century classicism with Asian exoticism. The suite is often called “the Cocoon” by our guests, who come back time and again—much to their delight and ours.

A spacious, warm, and comfortable apartment. 62 square meters of original hardwood floors, whose gentle creaking reminds you of the old homes of our grandmothers. Its exposed beams, rugs, furniture, and decorative objects, all sourced during our travels, offer guests a sense of traveling while staying at home. In the living room, where two Art Deco armchairs and a comfortable leather sofa invite you to relax, the Directoire-style fireplace made of Belgian blue stone (known as “petit granit”) and the hand-carved TV cabinet housing a 110cm flat-screen TV blend with paintings from South Africa, Spain, Bali, Hong Kong, and Lorraine, reminding guests that the Lorraine style blends harmoniously.

The library’s many books, along with carefully selected decorative items, contribute to this atmosphere. The Aqua Room, a bedroom featuring a queen-size bed (160×200 cm) with memory foam bedding, was specially designed to offer two distinct atmospheres. An open, welcoming cocoon-like atmosphere when its sliding doors close, revealing two large mirrors that span the full height and length of the room. A loft-style atmosphere when the doors remain open to the cozy living area, which serves as a boudoir for this 12-square-meter room, where the headboard is flanked by a large window that lets in light from the kitchen.

The Marco Polo Room can accommodate 3 people on three single beds that can be converted into a large 160×200 cm bed. A flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player, nautical-style furniture, an Art Deco desk, and books about our many travels will take you on a journey. A large, fully equipped separate kitchen with a central island and a fold-down table that seats 4 to 6 people completes this apartment, which is full of charm and character.
