Le Loft Victoria

This exceptional 72-square-meter loft was entirely designed and built by us in the heart of one of Nancy’s most beautiful historic neighborhoods. Casa Victoria is nestled on the third floor of a beautiful 18th-century building, just 150 meters from Place Stanislas and a stone’s throw from the central market, as well as authentic, high-quality bars and restaurants. You’ll be just a short walk from museums and the opera house, as well as the Parc de la Pépinière and its 22 hectares of green spaces, century-old trees, and a small zoo—a paradise for walkers and joggers.

After climbing the few steps leading to the former home of Stanislas’s Savetier (http://www.estrepublicain.fr/edition-de-nancy-ville/2017/06/26/un-gite-chez-le-savetier-de-stanislas), you’ll settle into this loft steeped in history and bathed in light. Its fully equipped open kitchen, crafted entirely of oak, extends into a magnificent bar over 2 meters long that seats 6 people on its bar stools and offers a panoramic view of this loft space spanning over 50 square meters.

At the center stands a superb mezzanine featuring a double bed, a 50-inch flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and books and games that invite you to relax. A multifunctional mezzanine where you can choose a book or comic from its large library, store your personal belongings in its closets, and which also serves as an alcove for the loft’s master bedroom. The alcove features a 140×200 cm bed with a memory foam mattress, as well as a large wardrobe.

This cozy space can be separated from the loft area with large curtains or opened up to the living area. A desk and a leather sofa that converts into a double bed complete the amenities provided for our guests’ comfort and relaxation. Finally, the children’s room features one 90×190 cm bed and one 140×190 cm bed. Children or a couple will feel right at home here, thanks to its sloped ceiling.

A bright bathroom with a shower and bathtub, along with a separate toilet, round out this unique loft, which is highly popular with families and groups of adults or children.
