Guest payment options
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Euro/Mastercard
We are willing to accept bookings without deposit from guests who book between the same day before arrival, and the day of arrival.
Cancellation and prepayment policies
– We will request to the guest 30% of the total price upon reservation. The balance has to be paid at arrival.
– If the guest will cancel after reservation and 48h before arrival, the deposit of 30% will be refund.
– If the cancellation is the day of arrival, the deposit will be not refund (the particular case can be examined)
VAT/tax/ additional fees & charges
– VAT is not applicable
– City tax of € 0.75 per person per night – not included in price
– Cleaning fee of 10€/person per stay – not included in price
– A damage deposit of: €100 may request upon arrival

Children & extra beds
– All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children’s cots/cribs.
– All children under 12 years will be charge 50% of the basic price per night.
Parking
– Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 20 per day.
Internet / WiFi
– WIFI is available in each apartment and is free of charge.
Pets
– Pets are allowed. No extra charges.
Key collection
– Guests collect the keys at the property
– We will meet the guest as possible or our apartment assistant
